1 cup tamarind paste

6 tablespoon fish sauce

3 tablespoons lime juice

4 tablespoons palm sugar

3 tablespoons chili flakes (toasted)

3 tablespoon toasted rice

3 tablespoons green onions

4 tablespoons cilantro

4 tablespoons shallots
