1 pound chicken breast (boneless & skinless)

2 cups pineapple chunks

3/4 cup sweet peppers

3/4 cup brown onion

4 garlic cloves

2 teaspoons ginger

2 spring onions

1 tablespoon cooking wine

2 tablespoons cooking oil
