1 teaspoon whole black pepper

1 teaspoon salt (for broth)

1 teaspoon salt (rub chicken)

1/2 onion

1 tablespoon seasoning soy sauce

Rice

3 cups jasmine rice

4 cups chicken stock

4 garlic cloves

3 slices of ginger

1 teaspoon salt

1 and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/4 cup chicken fat

2 tablespoons cooking oil
